Top 10 List of Healthy, Sexy Foods

Eating healthy: is it sexy? After doing extensive research, it's absolutely true.

I've found that sexy and healthy go together like candlelight and champagne. Many healthy foods are sensual and always make you feel energized and great! I've compiled a list of ten healthy foods and how to maximize their sexiness!

Almonds
Almonds are the most nutritious of all nuts. The most significant is by lowering blood cholesterol. Almonds are an excellent source of fiber, Vitamin E, zinc, selenium, copper, potassium, phosphorus, biotin, riboflavin, niacin and iron.

Sexy tip: Take a handful of almonds and feed them one by one to your sweetheart. Or place them strategically on your body.

Asparagus
Asparagus is a good source of Vitamins A, C and E, B-complex vitamins, potassium and zinc. It's a natural cleanser too.

Sexy tip: Lightly steamed or raw asparagus are best dipped in sauce, and eaten with the fingers. Or my personal favorite: where two people start eating a whole asparagus at both ends, and you meet somewhere in the middle!

Avocado
Everyone loves avocado, it's creamy texture is decadent! The benefit list is long, being helpful in the prevention and treatment certain cancers, and being a good source of essential protein and fiber. Mashed avocado is a great facial, leave on your face for 20 minutes and soft skin is the result. They are a great hair conditioner, so when your partner touches your hair it will be softer than any store bought brand.

Sexy tip:
Try cutting an avocado in half and sprinkle with fresh lemon, salt and cayenne. It is absolutely delicious! Pair this dish with organic beer - and you'll have an incredible healthy, delicious meal while cooling off the heat of cayenne. Feed spoonfuls to your partner, and you have an easy romantic night!

Artichokes
High in fiber and potassium, artichokes can increase the liver's ability to regenerate its cells and cleanse the body.

Sexy tip: Simply wash, cut and steam it. Then feed the pieces to your partner with your bare hands. It's very sensual and intimate encounter, so pair it with a delicious (and messy) dipping sauce for a romantic night. The best benefit of all: artichoke increases your sex drive.

Basil
This wonderful plant is good for cardiovascular health and is a good source of Vitamin A. I also have a wonderful, low-fat recipe for pesto sauce.

I have two sexy tips for basil: 1.) Eat a raw leaf and you'll have fresh smelling breath. 2.) Take a small taste of pesto sauce, and feed it to your partner with your fingers. Enough said.

Ginger
This root does many things, calms upset stomach, relieves cold and flu symptoms, helps relieve stress and it has a wonderful flavor.

Sexy tip: This root reportedly increases blood flow in both men and women. Everyone needs increased blood flow where you need it most!

Kiwi
This delicious fruit is a rich source of vitamins A and E, and kiwis have more vitamin C than oranges! Kiwi are also high in potassium and increases blood flow. Another food to helps your blood flow where you need it most!

Sexy tip: They are so flavorful and juicy, kiwis make for a great body part flavor enhancer. Simply rub onto your favorite body part, and presto! Your favorite body part is kiwi flavored! And let's face it, kiwi tastes better than skin...

Vitamin E
I've mentioned that almonds and kiwis are full of Vitamin E, and it's a supplement rather than a food. I've been using it for years, and provides a healthy glow to your skin. It reduces the appearance of stretch marks, age spots and maintains the skin’s oil balance during cleansing.

Sexy tip: It's natural Viagra.

Wine
The last one on the list is one of my favorites. Moderate use reduces the risk of heart disease and certain cancers. Red and white wine can also raise your good (or HDL) cholesterol and prevent blood clots.

Sexy tip: One glass immediately lowers your inhibitions.
